Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible, your item must arrive damaged, defective, significantly different from what was ordered, or fail to function as intended.

To request a refund, contact us at xlsaiiaslx@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photo or video proof (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

In most cases, refunds are issued without requiring the item to be returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
- normal wear and tear
- minor cosmetic variations
- incorrect use of the product
- change of mind after delivery
- delayed delivery caused by the carrier

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
